when running the world server and i have autodb update enabled will it parse recursively or do i need to put theese in the root $\data\sql\custom\ https://pastebin.com/6G5h1f59 nvm easier to just put all the sql in one folder and do # for i in * ; do mysql acore_world < $i ; done;

That's completely unrelated to connecting to the server. That would happen when you start it up.
