Are your ports being forwarded to the correct internal IP. I encounted the same issue when I moved from one server to another. You only need to put your external IP there if you want to be able to connect remotely. Otherwise, put the IP of your internal server

your external IP is only accessible from the outside (unless you setup hairpin NAT). If you are inside your network you need to use the local network IP instead, and you may also need to set this in your realmlist
If you want to allow both internal and external, you may need to use a domain alias or DNS redirection locally in your router, if it supports that
