I have a question tho, as i see the bot module require a forked version of the azerothcore, there is any plan to make adapt the master to allow the playerbot module work just as a module, or it is common to use that forked version of the master?

That's something the playerbot maintainer would have to take on, AC has no intention of conforming around the module

Also a quick question, could i have 2 version (master and playerbot master) installed in the same time? It seems that they will share the sql database layout if i have it on 1 server

You can have them installed at the same time, but you'd probably want the configs to point to different databases
