TBC items end in the 30ks and wotlk beings in that too. Highest item id of plate chest pieces from TBC I could find was 35027 and the lowest wotlk I could find is 36325. It's somewhere around there, but obviously I'm not going to go through it with a comb to find the actual latest tbc and first wotlk item but it's a rough estimate.
