I have server all configured and logging on myself no issue...tested external dns etc too all good...I had buddy change his realmlist to that external..how do i actually make him an account to logon his client?

Hi there!
You can type these commands in the worldserver console or in the client chat using a GM account.
Level 4 is always meant for the worldserver console.
