maybe I can make the same system environment, and just build the AC on other computer ,and then copy back.

id just build the VM download it to a flashdrive copy it over, then its just a matter of changing the IPs.

You could FTP from one to the other, if both environments are linux based it should be pretty simple to write a shell script to build and then copy the files via ftp.
