The strange this is, I just tried my portable setup and it doesn't seem to pick up my modules SQL files. I changed some of them to make sure it didn't generate the same hash. I tried `mod-groupquests\data\sql\base\db-world` and `mod-groupquests\data\sql\db-world\base` and nothing. Has this changed or something?

Okay, so on docker builds the worldserver doesn't handle updating the database like normal, it's handled through its own container
