so about the no starter gear thing, i've already put in the 3 dbc files from the module into my server data folder and put in the patch file to my wow client folder and now i've found this. Don't know what any of this means, the data tab also has nothing in it either.

I didn't even consider people wanting to reduce the level below what should be available. I need to test this but at least it should allow people to do that. Going to have to reduce the code too since it's just a digit that changes so having 3 rows doing the same thing is pointless. (Don't look at this, I had several idiot moments here)
