I'm having issue connecting to man LAN server via HeidiSQL.
I also did ``bind-address=127.0.0.1,192.168.1.16``
```
CREATE USER 'acore'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED BY 'acore'
CREATE USER 'acore'@'192.168.1.16' IDENTIFIED BY 'acore'
```

Try commenting out bind-address (so it's `#bind-address`) or set it to 0.0.0.0

My config didn't contain ``bind-address`` before I tried it tho

I don't get it, both mariadb and mysql has that in the config for me. I've used debian 11 and 12, as well as ubuntu 18.X to 22.04 and they all had it.
