Not really expecting a quick answer but have an issue I've never encountered before when compiling from source. Ran CMake, Opened Project in VS, ran clean and ran build. Then ran into this:

Error LNK1104 cannot open file 'libboost_program_options-vc143-mt-x64-1_82.lib' dbimport D:\Build\src\tools\LINK 1
