The crystalline portion on the cat's torso looks nice, why not try extending that over the rest of the model so it looks like it's literally made of crystal, then adding armour/other details on top? Looks a bit patchwork at the moment.

1. The banding on the back connecting the armor, it looks off. Maybe that grey and dark blue like on the legs.
2. The snout looks like it was sliced open, then the skin pulled back.
