It would be ready to release, I've tried it out ingame, and all the animations work perfect, but...
She's tiny, like, the size of a dwarf.
I tried using Glitchy's MES but
a) the old version gives me an error when resizing
b) I cant find the new version anywhere (glitchyg is down, and the rapidshare is a dead link.)
So here's where I need help. If anyone can resize the .m2 to 1.3 to 1.5ish size, i'll PM you the file, and then release it.

Well Ima not sure as I have never heard that blizz tracks the extra .mpqin your folder (except those few files which are being scanned by warden)
Well you could poke around the forums to check if it is bannable
