As the title doesn't give too much detail, let me go over it briefly.
Bear Form (horde/alliance) will now turn into a Spectral Bear!
Cat Form (horde/alliance) will now turn into a Spectral Tiger Cub!
Any suggestions are welcome, feedback is also welcome!
