I have patched together ScDK's blood elf model with a NiF -> BeF race swap. Everything is working perfectly, even with nude mods if you like that. :yuck:
I also do not know if something of the contents is removable (I am lazy), so the file is quite large.

P.S. Oh yeh, the npc skins are still night elf, but I have not found any working raceswap mod yet.

+You took old raceswap patch, the client sometimes gives out an error. I can fix it. +Rep for good idea
I have added NiF->BeF swap in my thread. You can repack it. I advise to use Ladik's MPQ Editor for this purpose
