These model/skin edits are ALL from Zilem, and I am not taking credit for his work. I am simply posting this to let others know that there are some adult edits that will work with the latest WoW patch, (4.0.6.13623).
Because of the nature of these edits, and because I do not wish to steal, I am NOT featuring a direct download link to the files, but rather a redirect to Zilem's site.

And on a last note/reminder, these edits DO NOT require injection, just some renaming and careful placement.
To get these working (or other MPQs, as has been mentioned in other posts,) rename them to one of the following:
SoundCache-patch-13164.MPQ
SoundCache-patch-13287.MPQ
SoundCache-patch-13329.MPQ
SoundCache-patch-13596.MPQ
Then BACKUP your existing files with those same names in the \World of Warcraft\Data\Cache folder. After they are BACKED UP, copy and replace your edits into this same folder, making sure they are named something from the four choices.
(If Zilem gives me permission, I'll get a direct download on here, but not until then.)

actually most of the model edits work aswell. You just need to modify the .mpq and then to "patch" your wow.exe
