And of course i would like to know how to create a file with this resolution! Because no matter how hard i tried, i get an error while saving!!!!

I also put the .blp plugin in the Photoshop folder

Not trying to be rude here but saying "an error" without specifying what the error is exactly helps nobody, not even yourself. I highly doubt someone would intentionally downscale assets from later game versions. WoW WotLK doesn't support as high resolution textures as Cataclysm, I guess Blizzard was trying to be memory efficient with their games, and rightly so, allocate memory for a task, but only allocate for that task what you need, if you hit the client with a version of that task that contains more information, the game will struggle to actually store all the information in its memory allocation.
