What is the best way to work on the same map from different computers, can more people work on that together? I don't want to upload 500MB always because of some some ADT. And I want avoid bugs.

Сloud file storage. Like Dropbox, Google Drive or Yandex.disc. With SVN for keeping different versions of files.

But. You must organize access managment and backup for all your progect files. And you must have trust to each developers. Because any user can destroy all your progect))

Хотя яндекс нахер. Мыло поприличней.

I have seen people also using hg repositories for that, though it requires a server. Though, that's pretty good for version control, I guess. I personally used Google Drive back in time.

Dropbox and dividing map into separate areas, every dev should work only on his part of map, while not touching other parts. Island or separated valleys are the best for such things. Its really inconvenient to work on one map in more people, indeed. Especially with Noggit.
