Hello Someone Know Where is the location of Enginnering Tinkers? i cant use item with Enginnering Enchants(tinkers). maybe it is fixed in trinity But i cant find exact location. plz Help

I've been trying to fix it for a long time, and it's probably one of the most strangest acting spells I've seen, I've tried scripting it etc, hack fixing in db, but no luck.
Will let you know if I find a solution though.
