[Archive] ending combat or equipping gear that modifies health causes death

As the title describes if i attack a creature or it attacks me and deals even one point of damage only upon combat end my character dies. Also if I equip a new piece of gear that has stamina on it my character dies. Either of these wouldn't be too terrible except that when I release spirit it doesn't actually release it just closes the release spirit box and stays over my remains. Can't use .commands because it tells me You can't chat while dead so I cant use the revive command.

Use the command in general chat:
/1
.revive
If there for some reason isn't a general chat available (sometimes happen), then use /join 5 to create your own channel and then type .revive in /5
