How I change my realm name adn exp rates for my server

Not sure about server name, try running a search, but xp rates are in the world config file in the main folder. Search for "rate" in the doc and you will find xp quest, xp kill and xp discovery rates in that file. Chaning those multiplies the values, so 2 would mean double, and 4 means four times, not exponential growth.
