I tried closing worldserver with server exit command, and jsut closed windows of authserver and mysql - when I start next time, it says "InnoDB: Database was not shut down normally!"

So how should I so it normally?

UPD found it out - Ctrl C in mysql

Yeah, Ctrl C is fine to use.

Or .server restart X
