Using the Emucoach Legion Repack, haven't done this stuff in a while. Not sure why i'm getting this error, I've tried reinstalling VC++, replacing the dll's with 64 bit and 32 bit, making sure theres not a mix of the two each time. Not sure what else I can do.

Not sure, if you're still looking for a solution for that problem, but i got the same error with another repack i downloaded somewhere else. Well, it turned out, that i was missing the "OpenSSL" application on my computer. First, the authserver complained about not finding an ssl related DLL file and i just downloaded it and after that, the error you have popped up. However, downloading and installing OpenSSL fixed that problem for me.

Meaby it is worth a try.
