Sorry if I missed something but I've read through every thread I could find on the matter. I've followed every direction and even tried of the solutions in the support thread. I've added the dlls from openssl, installed the redistributables but im still getting the error. I've attached images of the error and all folders. Any idea on what I'm missing?

The dlls must be 64 bit I think, try this one. I took them from my v14 repack
