I would go with compiling yourself. There's a step by step tutorial on the wikipedia, you just need to carefully read the instructions and execute it line by line. Setting up your own server provides many benefits over using a repack.
TrinityCore and AzerothCore are the two most populate emulators for 3.3.5. Personally I prefer TC, but other people like AC. AC is a fork of TC with more customisiation in mind, but I run a very custom server on TC fine.
