You can do all of that in Noggit, but you won't be able to remove (for example) the rubble and other debris without editing the WMO.

Noggit loads ADTs from several blocks away, so even in Tirisfal or WP you're going to get that crash if you don't fix the M2 problem.

It needs to be that exact path, but yeah. You can probably move the other (working) meatwagon M2 to that location, which I believe is what <@!257238441065054208> is doing for the time being.
