Ended up exporting it all and importing it to a dummy_db. Then i changed legit every single spell by updating per SkillLine_IDs (luckily not by hand this time <:LuL:821909289542746142> ). And then i imported it back into the DBC file as a "update existing values". That worked beautifully.
