The only filepaths for modern clients are made up by the community in the community listfile afaik. The client just uses the ids I believe.
So if you want a path for a fileid, the community listfile is your best bet.

That has db2 filedataids and their names, paths will just be DBFilesClient/db2name.db2

As for a db2 having model fdids, there's modelfiledata but keep in mind retail doesn't really have any filenames outside of interface files
