Tried downgrading to 3.3.2 but no luck, the version is however picked up by CMAKE.
CMake Error at C:/Program Files/CMake/share/cmake-3.31/Modules/FindPackageHandleStandardArgs.cmake:233 (message):
Could NOT find OpenSSL, try to set the path to OpenSSL root folder in the
system variable OPENSSL_ROOT_DIR (missing: OPENSSL_CRYPTO_LIBRARY Crypto
SSL) (found version "3.3.2")
