There is some data corruption in an older version of noggit that is fixed in a old version and the fix removed in the newest version.
So if you do find that the mmap data is completely fucked when debugging it, I can provide that middle version of noggit with the fix it code. Then you run around the map and 'touch' each m2/wmo (by middle click if i remember correctly). Save the map, and then use that to generate mmaps. Once you've fixed it you can continue using modern versions of noggit too

I tried to delete the "thread", because my issue wasen't the .adt, m2 files or corrupt data.
I was just an idiot and forgot to delete Buildings folder.
Edit: i had a message where i was like "all my .gps" showed same floor and ground coordinates, and i asked if the corrupt models would affect the whole .adt.
But the mistake was just a human error, since i forgot one step of the tutorial.
And i thought the post would be misleading to other reading.

No but I have the Noggit versions used. I had to do it for an entire map a couple of years back and kept it around from debugging that
