Yes, when running map extractor it should be against all wotlk content + your custom patch, following the blizzlike format (DBCs in locale MPQ, and all other data in root MPQ). The same with vmap extractor.

I am not sure why it is targeting WMOs, that looks like you are running the vmap tool and not the map tool.

Can you post the full file output?

You can pipe it to a text file like:
```
./mapextractor.exe -e 1 > myLog.txt
```

I was told by the people that made the map that it's their issue on their side which was fix and can be manually fix.

1085 maps exist to be loaded.

The output in that log file is truncated, I think you stopped the program when it was on map 616.

However I believe the default extractors break for map IDs over 999
