I finally got time to check this around.
I was using https://wowgaming.altervista.org/aowow/?spell=56350 and https://wowgaming.altervista.org/aowow/?spell=67769
As reference.
And form the wiki if any "Catergory Recovery Time" number (id i assume) it means any spell with that number shares the recovery time above?
Category Recovery Time (ID?): `60000`
