if you mean the calculation of the texture coordinates, it's e.g. X = <start of X position> / <total texture width>, Y = <start of Y position> / <total texture height>. Same with end of X/Y pos if you need to end coordinates aswell

Here's a small python script that will do that for you.

You will have to convert the blp to png, then you can load it in the python tool.

You can select an area by dragging while holding left click.

you can try to select an area by single left click, but this doesnt always work.

You can navigate big blp's by clicking the middle mouse button.

You can also move the selected are by holding right click, or by using the arrow keys to move it pixel by pixel
