The only weird thing now is that when I cast the real Hearthstone, the client forgets about the cooldown of the Dalaran Hearthstone and I'm back on the first issue.
**EDIT: Fixed. This was fixed after I removed the custom spell CD and category id from `item_template` table row. Just defer those fields to the spell itself**
