well this is from tswow, you'd probably write something similar in c++ or eluna. I think your core change does basically the same.

Woo! I found my mistake (and I feel like an moron ). In my spreadsheet, I had mislabeled EffectMiscValue_2 as EffectMiscValue_1, and so I had the wrong field populated. This morning I brought up all of the quests, items, and spells comparing them all, and noticed that I had Misc1 populated while the others were using Misc2. Fixed it and it worked first time. Amazing what happens when you populate the correct fields.

All 3 spells/quests complete, training quest complete, all the unlocks unlocked (tame, mend, feed, revive, etc). Overall, a very good learning experience on what to expect with the mildly more complex spells and quests.
