- description is based on client data so changing it server side does nothing
- not entirely sure how reliable db override edits are, have you tried simply updating the server's dbc ?

also indoors/outdoors only is not ExB/Ex2 idk where you got that from, it's from the first column

Thanks for the reply! What is that interface from? I've been using WDBX Editor to try editing the spell.dbc file.. I don't recognize that. And yeah I can see the outdoor only chechbox there which seems handy, WDBX only shows me rows and columns with different values..

Nice, thanks for the editor, and yeah I'll have to figure out the hex values for that one if I do it via WDBX, but stoneharry's interface seems easier. Will try some stuff out, thanks!
