1) drag unmodified versions of dbc out of dbc folder. put them in a location of your choosing for backup
2) drag modified versions of those dbc files into the dbc folder
3) do your testing
4) to revert, drag modified dbc files out of dbc folder, then put the original unmodified ones back in.
