Ok it seems I have fixed all my problem in m2mod by doing things in a very strict correct order

https://github.com/wowdev/wow-listfile/releases
grab either
community-listfile-withcapitals.csv or community-listfile.csv, replace the listfile you currently have and reload mappings
if you still have an error, be sure you are having the files in the correct full path, not just the M2 and skin in the root files you have setup
