In the ``creaturedisplayinfo.dbc`` - the texture slot 1 and 2 are probably incorrect hence the mismatched texture for the saddle showing on the skin and the saddle itself being white.

TextureVariation_1 is typically the skin texture
TextureVariation_2 is typically the armor/saddle whatever texture
TextureVariation_3 is FX or anything extra? Can't remember
Not every creature model follows the same format and may need to be swapped.
Sometimes, not every creature needs their textures added to the DBC directly as they could be hardcoded to the model, so its not a worry.
