Add the wings as m2 models, create a spelleffectname.dbc entry with that m2's name, create a spellvisualkit.dbc entry with a kit that attaches that spelleffect to your needed attachment point, then create a spellvisual with your new spellkit as the state kit, then create a spell with infinite duration and your new spell visual
