go to bones/bone/translation(rotation or scale) and see there what anims they're used in, look at the offsets in it points to

that script I've made to fix the offsets into anim files in m2
use it on already retroported model
and you need to have original skel file in the same directory as a retroported model
might not be a perfect code, but works for me

might be some big number in there, pointing to the address that doesn't exists in anim file
