when I use txid I only have one m2 that is created (with the texture path like your screenshot with the monster skin 1 etc) inside the output

i then target this new .m2 created to convert to .m2i

and it will create the m2i inside the output folder

still getting the same Skin error no matter what maybe my stuff is dated I have the latest listfile and updater though

my M2mod complains about offset's when it doesn't complain about offsets it cant find the skin when it can find the skin it complains about offsets
