I get the model, dwarfskeleton.m2, cascexplorer online storage. Then m2mod remove txid > replace model > convert to m2i, > convert back to m2, rename skins > use 010 editor to change skin number at 0x8 > convert with callumutch multiconverter then add to game, dwarf skeleton slides around in idel animation. During the part of removing txid/m2i, it requires the dwarfmale_hd.skel to exist in my files. Which I provide for it. That skeleton file is un-retroported. Would this have anything to do with why my ports fail?

You need to extract keyframes and timestams from original dwarf model and insert it
