Actually I think it most of you guys didn't understood why he makes 20 patches... Simply because he wants to make patches with all variations of the models. And there's only one displayid for the each druid form in TBC and no link between character hair color and druid form skins. So he basically pack each variant into separate patch so the user (who would download his patch) could decide which skin he wants.
