Yea if the ID of the table lines up with an existing one in the correlating DBC, it'll just override that entry with the one in the DB

AC does provide their own tool to update it, don't think TC does

I'm gonna release a zip file or something like that that's just a dump of the base DBCs to DB with all the localized text fields filled
