yeah i am 100% sure that i did all properly, since when i equip the weapons the skintexture works properly without any issues ^^
just on a npc equipped it gives the green model

and because of blp... i have them not as png downloaded, i took them directly off via casc explorer from a legion client i got ^^
so they already are finished original blp files, which like said, working on any character without a problem... only on npc's not ^^''
EDIT:
Problem solved! It seems to be due to Azerothcore!
I needed to delete an unused item and make the ported weapon that id... then it worked insta on the npc to load the texture of the weapon.
