depends what you need to port. database stuff, just make querries that covnert the db structure and maybe the data itself
dbcs : convert the dbc structure

I would rather start from scratch and build over and try to redo or port most important stuff

A decent few npcs and scripts are present though and would need to be kept, aside from that not much is important I would say
