Now i use m2mod to get this into blender , after that i merge the m2i with existing m2. And then m2mod creates thes lod.skin files.
Do i adjust these or should i find a way to fiz the original .skin file?

Try to use option merge m2's in m2mod with mesh that alredy have 4x skins and working <@536293300605550604>

will try this when I get home. Been trying to find a way to fix these more advanced models for the shadowlands mounts patch.
I managed to fix some of them already, but others im kinda stuck on because of the issue mentioned above.
They work ingame but they look very buggy :/..
