The issue with Unreal WoW is simple
You spend tons of money to have a client that has two options:
a) old graphics: looks like real WoW but requires *insane* work and finetuning to make it look and behave exactly like real WoW, because even a minor thing thats off is going to kill all the magic and it's no longer wow
b) new graphics: looks like cheaply made asset flip from unreal store using 20 year old models that you found in the drawer where your grandpa hides his bestiality VHS tapes and modern rendering techniques that don't fit the artstyle
