Emerald Database Editor
An up to date ArcEmu database editor.
Compatible with: ArcEmu r2691

This is an up to date DBEditor, created by
Kelwing. It is based on the Flexible DB
Editor, which was originally created by FleX.

Fixed namespace problem with the gold picker.

Fixed reader open error when you try to edit a vendor.
