i created the MPQ using mopaq.exe -> created file has version 0 (the earliest) ... wotlk has archives of version 1.
mopaq.exe did not create those extra sectors, and i did not find a switch on it to enable setting the block table flag SECTOR_CRC
encryption should be supported, since this was already present in v0.
all MPQ files have at least the hash table and block table encrypted (encrypted with the hash of "(hash table)" or "(block table)" respectively)
